Zhu Gongshan Re-elected as Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association Chairman
Recently, the third congress of the second Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association was successfully held during the Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW). During the meeting, Zhu Gongshan, Chairman of GCL, was re-elected as the chairman of the Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association. Following the re-election, his term will end in October 2017.
Since foundation in 2011,Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association, as the most academic and authoritative service organization in the region, has promoted healthy development and created a good environment for the global solar power industry together with the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA) and Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).
At the meeting, Mr. Zhu reminded the photovoltaic industry to stay vigilant and maintain a healthy industrial environment. In addition, he urged the industry to promote technological innovations and achieve mutual benefits in a global context.
