GCL-SI Offers One-Stop Ground Power Station Solution to APSU Power in Australia

GCL System Integration Technology CO. Ltd. (GCL-SI), (SHE: 002506), a subsidiary of the world’s leading energy group GCL, has announced a partnership with APSU Power, an Australia-based power station developer, offering one-stop solutions for a 5MW photovoltaic (PV) ground power station project (‘the Project”). The cooperation heralds GCL-SI’s entry into mainstream markets of developed countries.

The Project is being developed and invested by APSU Power, and GCL-SI will offer its 2.5MW Super Block Solar solution, a power generation unit built to supply energy to solar power plants. Upon the completion of all preparation work, construction will begin in late October, and the whole project will be completed by next February. Once finished, power will be sold and delivered to large industrial customers.

“The cooperation with APSU Power marks the first time we have sold a standardization solutions for a power stations. It’s also a major step for GCL-SI towards becoming a player in mainstream markets of developed countries. Facing fierce competition from European players, we have won not only the bid but the respect and recognition of clients,” said James Hu, Vice President of GCL-SI and head of Overseas Sales.

The Super Block 2.5 MW modular system, designed and manufactured by GCL-SI, is cost-effective and maximizing space efficiency. During pre-purchase research, the ASPU Power team was deeply impressed by the production of the system, which is able to turn a complex customized process to a one-stop solution including purchasing, finance and engineering. After several months of communication, ASPU Power was finally convinced of GCL-SI’s high-quality products and trustworthy service and ordered two sets of the Super Block 2.5 MW system.
